Drunk Driving.

Dear People-Who-Think-Its-Okay-to-Drive-Drunk;
You’re pathetic.
You are not special – you do not have above average senses. You are not experienced enough that its okay for you to get drunk, or buzzed and then drive your car.  I dont care if you dont live far from where you started out, or if you’ve done it a million times before. I dont care if you have a hard life, or if it was just a bad day. If you honestly think there is nothing wrong with what you do, then you need professional help.
You’re a killer. You may not have hit someone yet, but the clock is ticking and you will. You’re a ticking time bomb in society, and when you go off you will ruin peoples lives. You are beyond pathetic – you are selfish, and dont deserve to be walking the streets.
Everyday, my mom, my dad and my sisters drive on those roads – so do yours, but you probably dont care. You think only in moments and odds, and about how fun the party is, how cool you are. When I see or hear of people like you, it breaks my heart that you can be that stupid.  Even worse are the ones who see you doing it, and they dont try to stop you because they dont want to get involved – but you cant blame them, it just means they’re just as selfish as you.  Unfortunately, just as stupid.
What will it take for you to grow up? Please… its like begging a brick wall.
I’m so sick of reading about families ripped apart because of people like you, and I’m disgusted by how many people I know who think its okay to have a few drinks and then drive. I see you in restaurants, I hear you talk about it to your friends, I see you leave family gatherings and now I see you at my work.
Take a look at what people like you do and then tell me again that you’re "fine".
Thats all.

I use food to show love, I make things because it helps me connect to my inner self, and I use social media because it's how I connect to other like-minded people. My life happens between the kitchen, the craft room and the gardens. This blog is where I keep track, work it out, and share my ideas. Feel free to share your thoughts back with me!
